This is the first project assigned to us for the module Culture and History I.
For this project we were separated into a group of 4 to 5 members and each group was given a historical building to study and research about.

We were required to answer the questions as listed below in the form of sketches and short brief/write up,

1. Who is the architect/founder of the building?
2. Where and when was the building built?
3. What is the form and shape of the building?
4. What is the function/purpose of the building?
5. What materials/methods are used for construction?
6. What makes your building historically significant/meaningful?

My group members included Tan Chee Siang, Tan Hsuan Lin and I, the building that was assigned to us was Salisbury Cathedral which is located in England.

And the questions I was required to answer were :

Through this assignment, we got to know more about the history of Salisbury Cathedral, England. Besides, we had learnt how to gather information through the sources of internet, books, and magazines and also to rearrange and organise the information to answer the questions more correctly and precisely.
